SHIPPING

Essential Surf & Skate Online Store provides shipping to all states within Australia.

Shipping will occur within 24hrs of placing your order and takes between 3-10 days for delivery to metro areas. Delivery time may be affected if you are located in a remote region.

RETURNS

We are happy to credit or exchange on items, however you will be charged for return freight. 

 You have 14 days to notify us and 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any items purchased for credit or exchange, provided the following requirements have been met:

- merchandise is unused

- in original condition

- is returned in the original packaging, including any accessories supplied i.e: fins, leggie, wax, etc.

Please note that a change of mind does not constitute an acceptable reason for return in accordance with our policy.

No returns or credits offered on sale items.

PLEASE NOTE SURFBOARD TRANSPORT AND COST IS ADVISED ON PURCHASE, WE CANNOT PROVIDE THE SAME DELIVERY COST AS OUR REGULAR ITEMS
